This event is exclusively open to Sephora Beauty Pass members and will be conducted at TRX Centrecourt. Gold Exclusive Session will take place on 14 August 2026 and will be split into TWO (2) sessions: Session 1 from 12:00 PM (MYT) to 2:00 PM (MYT) and Session 2 from 2:00 PM (MYT) to 4:00 PM (MYT). The Gold Exclusive Session is only applicable to Sephora Gold Beauty Pass members. Each Sephora Gold Beauty Pass member receives ONE (1) event invitation for the corresponding session redeemed, which includes admission for ONE (1) Gold Member and ONE (1) plus one. Event invitations are limited to 100 spots per session only on a first-come, first-served basis. Points redeemed for the entry to the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend the event will result in forfeiture of the points. Sephora is not responsible for any costs associated with travel and logistics in connection with the event. Only the member who redeemed the event ticket will receive a goodie bag from Sephora. This goodie bag's contents will be solely decided by Sephora. Please note that companions are not eligible to receive a goodie bag. Invitation will be emailed to the email address associated with the Beauty Pass Account within 7 days of redemption. Verification of your Sephora membership and a valid confirmation email is required upon entry to the event. Event sessions attendance is exclusive to Gold Beauty Pass members and cannot be transferred to another person. Attendee slots for this Gold Session are limited and registrations will be processed on a first-come-first-serve basis or at Sephora’s discretion. Registrations shall not be regarded as confirmed until you have received an email confirmation that your registration has been accepted. Sephora reserves the right to make this redemption unavailable or otherwise reject registrations once maximum occupancy has been reached. Registered attendees will be required to produce their email confirmation of event registration and/or to verify their identity as the registered Gold Beauty Pass Member via the Sephora app. The Public Session will be conducted from 14 August 2026, 4:00PM (MYT) - 16 August 2026, 10:00PM (MYT). Individuals who are not yet members may sign up for a Sephora Beauty Pass membership prior to or upon arrival to be eligible for entry to Public Session. All attendees for Public Session are required to verify their Sephora Beauty Pass membership upon entry. Registered attendees will be required to verify their identity as the registered Sephora Beauty Pass Member via the Sephora app. Admission to Public Session is subject to the venue's maximum capacity. Sephora reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cease entry once the maximum occupancy has been reached. For both the Gold Exclusive Session and the Public Session, Sephora reserves the right to refuse admission to the event to any individual who is unable to provide valid proof of membership, fails to comply with the event requirements, displays any inappropriate conduct, or creates any concern for the safety and security of any other individuals within the event premises. All attendees agree that participation in the event is fully voluntary and attendees shall be solely responsible for any and all risks associated with their participation. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Sephora (including its affiliates and each of their officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss (including loss of opportunity), damage, expense or other costs arising in connection with the event. Filming disclaimer: This event will be photographed, filmed and recorded by Beauty In Motion Sdn. Bhd. (“Sephora”). By redeeming this Reward Boutique item and/or otherwise registering to attend the event, you consent on your own behalf and on behalf of your guest(s) (if any) to being photographed, filmed and recorded and to the use of recorded media of your likeness as well as that of your guest(s) (if any) for publicity, marketing and promotional purposes, including through press releases, internal corporate materials as well as social media platforms via accounts managed by Sephora or its affiliates, without any further consideration or compensation.
