1. Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card
Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are redeemable in the country of purchase and only for merchandise sold at Sephora stores in Malaysia or on our website at www.sephora.my OR Sephora Malaysia Mobile App. No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.
Redemption of Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card is only applicable in the country the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card was purchased. It cannot be redeemed in other countries. Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card are applicable to be redeemed in-store, on our website at www.sephora.my OR Sephora Malaysia Mobile App. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card.
3. View your balance
You can view your Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card balance when making a purchase. On the checkout page, select Sephora Gift Card as a payment option and enter your card details. Your card balance would be shown thereafter.
No refunds are permitted with respect to cards.
5. Lost or stolen Sephora E-Gift Cards
If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Sephora E-Gift Card, contact Customer Service immediately. Sephora E-Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. Sephora E-Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
Sephora will not be liable for redeemed Sephora E-Gift Cards if they have been stolen. Please do not display your Sephora E-Gift Card number and PIN online.
You may not use a Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card to purchase other Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.
Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards may not be transferred.
You can only purchase two Sephora E-Gift Cards within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel and refund E-Gift Cards related to suspicious activity.

8. Risk of loss
Ownership and risk of loss of Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards. If you have any questions, please refer to the FAQs.

Sephora E-Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
11. Delivery information and requirements for Sephora E-Gift Card purchasers
All orders and successful delivery of Sephora E-Gift Cards are subject to the approval of the purchaser's financial institution. Until the transaction is approved, your Sephora E-Gift Card order may be cancelled or delayed.
If the date on which you want a Sephora E-Gift Card delivered has passed and the recipient has not received an email confirmation with the Sephora E-Gift Card details, please contact Customer Service. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.
We are not responsible for Sephora E-Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Service if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Sephora E-Gift Card.
12. Reasons for failed delivery
If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Sephora E-Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder.
2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email.
3. Email inbox has exceeded its size limit.
4. Invalid email address.
If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to the recipient’s inbox, the email options/settings of the recipient will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam.

13. Personalized messaging
If you wish to add a personal message to a Sephora E-Gift Card, simply type your message in the message field upon selecting a card design on the page. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the Sephora E-Gift Card email. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message. We do not read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to remove them. Thank you for your cooperation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions, Sephora will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card including damages arising out of changes to or termination of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card program or as a result of you or your recipient redeeming and/or using the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
