Does an okay job

This is extremely fair, and pretty heavy on the skin. Can be really cakey, if not blended properly. Takes a while to blend out hence I don't use it very often. Nars Creamy Concealer is a better choice.

Thick, creamy and very pale

I had high hopes but this was quite disappointing. The shade is very light, and it is way too thick. Once you apply it, you have to blend it really quickly. It does not set on your face very well, perhaps because of the consistency (too thick!) and the shade. Would not repurchase.

Not suitable for anybody who's not fair-skinned.

I don't like this product at all. I find that the texture is greasy and never seems to completely set. The color is way too pink for me to use anywhere else but under the brow where I am naturally a bit lighter. Everywhere else it just comes out looking ashy. For reference I am about a NW30 in MAC foundation.

Mediocre highlighter

The colour is a soft light pink and it is more like a concealer or primer rather than a cream highlighter as there are no obvious shimmers present. I personally like the texture as it's not too oily. Overall, the product is ok but I would use it as an u under-eye concealer/ primer to brighten my eye area instead.

Nah

Was pretty excited for this product but I have to admit this turned out to be pretty disappointing.. I personally found it a little hard to blend and it doesn't highlight very well either. This one is a miss for me ):

Disappointment

Bought Joey Healy Brow powder in Tobacco previously and was impressed with the product quality. But not this time. The consistency of this High Rise Spotlight is thick and dry. Application us tough as it dries and settles quickly. Not only that, the color is way too fair even for my considerably fair skintone. I looked like a raccoon when I use it! Gave 1 star for the pouch and packaging.

GREAT HIGHLIGHTER

Joey’s “high rise” spotlight highlighter will take 10 years off your face. you just highlight the brow bone to give you a youthful radiance. I applied it just below the arch of my brow and it gave me an instant eye-lift. The highlighter can also be used under the eyes to camouflage dark shadows, which i tried and it was great.
